Our Landbase & Sailing Sites

Our land-based facilities are located at the Monument Beach Marina owned by the Town of Bourne*. The site offers beach access, storage, parking, and indoor space with electricity for our marine biology lab. When the weather is not suitable for sailing, we will have our shore-side classes in a tent at this location. Students arrive for all classes at this location.

Our floats and sail boats are located across the harbor next to Mashnee Island in an area that offers sheltered sailing from the prevailing southwest winds. Students will be transported via power boat to this location from the Marina.
